Excellent

We visited Premier Cane Furniture because a family member had a sofa and two chairs from there a few years ago and they seemed of good quality.

We were totally undecided as to what product and colours to have but Ellie spent a lot of time showing us what was available and we ordered a suite for our cabin there and then paying a small deposit.

At the time the cabin wasn’t built and they were totally flexible about delivery. The cabin was built earlier than expected and was delivered only a couple of days after letting them know that we were ready.

We didn’t have to pay the rest of the price until we were totally satisfied.

The quality of the furniture is excellent and I cannot fault the excellent service throughout the whole experience.

I have no reservations in recommending this company which obviously prides itself in excellent customer care, service and quality.
